Missed Period, Hip Pain. Negative Pregnancy Test. Chances Of Pregnancy?
hi, I missed my period by 2 days and now I have a dull pain on both hips but mostly on left. I have no pregnancy symptoms and before the day I was supposed to have my period I did a pregnancy test it was positive but once I missed the period and now I tested it is negative. but still no period. My period are always on time. Is there a chance to become pregnant?

It appears as if you had a missed pregnancy.
This could be just an early chemical pregnancy which miscarried.
The pain should be evaluated as you could be at risk of infection or some amount of retained dead tissue inside the uterus.

I have gone through your query and there can be only two possibilities:
1. Pregnancy: I would request you to repeat a pregnancy test, but this time it should be conducted at least 2 weeks after the last sexual intercourse or on or after the first day of a missed period. An early morning urine sample would yield a most accurate result.
2. Some underlying condition that is causing a delay in periods (eg. ovarian cyst, pelvic inflammatory disease, infections, etc.)- For this I would advise a urine routine analysis and an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis or a transvaginal ultrasound (to be decided by a doctor after a physical examination).
