Missed Periods Following Early Miscarriage

Hi, I ve had no period for over 3 cycles following a d&c in may (6 weeks pregnant ) my bloods are all clear. What could it be? My hormones are coming back normal, not pregnant, not under/over weight, thyroid ok etc. This is preventing us from trying again so a little confused as to what s next!

You can consult your doctor and take some progesterone pills which will help induce menstruation.Later you can plan once regularized.
