Missed Periods For 3 Months, Cramps, Vomiting, Loss Of Appetite, Frequent Urination. Pregnancy Test Negative. Reason?

I haven't had my period for 3 months, took a pregnancy test a month ago, came back negative. I have white bumps on my areola, cramping, vomiting, sometimes loss of appetite, I get full easily, often feel bloated, and get up 3-5 times at night just to go pee. Should I take another test or could there be something else going on?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Not having periods for last three months with a negative pregnancy test could be due to a hormonal imbalance or polycystic ovaries. You should get an ultrasound scan done to find out the cause.
