Missed Periods, Stomach Gets Hard, Back Pain, Tired, Frequent Urination, Pregnant?

I missed my period for 2 months and still dont have it. I feel like my stomach is getting hard. I have bad lower back pain and im always super tired now. I pee more also. I took several pregnancie tests at home but all say negative. Could i be pregnant?

Hi, If you want to be 100% sure, that you are pregnant or not check serum BhCG (it will be a blood test). If this is positive, it will indicate a pregnancy & negative test will rule out pregnancy. If this test is negative & u still don't have periods then you should go to a gynaecologist for work up of your period problem. Good luck.
