Hello,
When you are on birth control pills, you may have irregularities in the menstrual cycle, spotting, heavy or scanty bleeding. These are side effects that will go away as soon as the body adjusts with the hormonal changes.
Vaginal discharge and backache is commonly due to stress, calcium, iron and protein deficiency.
Frequent urination often occurs due to overreactive bladder, UTI, diabetes, etc.
You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP. Get
Urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done. Your treating doctor may recommend few more blood tests, investigations and imaging tests to detect the pathology causing discomfort. You will be treated accordingly (with antibiotics and analgesics). In the mean time, take NSAIDS,
Combiflam, one SOS after food to ease
back pain. Take food rich in protein, calcium and iron. Take care of your hygiene and avoid sex for a couple of days if sexually active. Drink plenty of water.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
