Missing Periods. Unprotected Sex. Under Stress, Started New Medication. Any Chance Of Pregnancy?

Hi,
I am going to take a test tonight. I am just trying to have some peace of mind in the mean time. I had unprotected sex on April 7th. Since then I have had 4 normal to heavy periods. With extreme cramps.
However, I did not have one in July. So I am late.
I am not currently on birth control, and my periods are somewhat regular. I am very stressed, exercise regularly, and have recently started a new medication and lost a little weight. Is there any way I could be pregnant?

Hi
If your periods are regular, then calculate the period of possible impregnation by counting the day of start of last periods as day one , see 11th to 18th day . If you had sex during this time, chances of pregnancy are present . Periods may be delayed due to stress also.

If you have unprotected sex after having last menses, than there are chances of having pregnancy as you are not on birth control pills.
