Hi,

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

The irregular periods are symptoms most commonly seen in condition like PCOD (Polycystic ovarian disease).

I suggest you to rule out the same by getting a ultrasound scan.If the problem is confirmly diagnosed then you can be put on specific medication from where on you can have healthy periods.

Well, susten is a good medication worth of trying but it is PCOD in you then sustain too may not be helpful.

Wish you good health.
