Findings suggests albuminuria(excessive albumin urine) with hematuria(blood in urine).
Mucus threads are normally found in urine.
Albuminuria with hematuria may be due to many reasons like nephrotic syndrome, nephritic syndrome, renal calculus, diabetes mellitus etc.
Patient need further investigations to assess function of kidneys so that treatment can be planned.
