Multi-level Degenerative Disc And Joint Disease, Left Bundle Branch Block. Any Suggestions?

I have Parkinson's disease and have also been diagnosed today with multi-level degenerative disc and joint disease. the degenerative disc and joint disease is not to a point for surgery. I have one kidney so I cannot take Advil or other nsaids. Any suggestions for the pain? I have to exercise to keep my weight down due to a heart condition LBBB.

Hi Thanks for using HCM.

In renal patients analgesics are prescribed depending on GFR and creatinine clearance values. For mild renal problem dose adjustment can be done. Buprenorphine is a analgesic which is basically handled by liver, so safer in renal patients. You can consult your physician with renal test reports for dose adjustment.

Hope this helps you
