Muscle Fatigue, Normal Ferritin Level. Had Flu Like Symptoms. Suggest
My 17 yr old daughter with normal ferritin levels runs cross country but is having trouble with muscle fatigue . She ran in the 20 to 21s last year and is struggling to get below a 22min.5k. She said she is not winded at all after a race but she can t get her muscles to go. She is a vegetarian that doesn t eat vegetables. She had flu like symptoms two weeks ago.

her case is over effort lead to muscle spasm.she should take rest . increase fluid intake to increase amount of actin and myosin of muscles
