My 13 Month Old (8kg) Has Been Prescribed Clarithromycin 125mg/5ml

My 13 month old (8kg) has been prescribed Clarithromycin 125mg/5ml for a skin infection on her feet. They have recommended 1 x 5ml dose twice daily but everywhere I read, it says they should have 1 x 2.5ml dose twice daily for a baby that weight. Should I continue?
