My 13 Year Old Daughter Has A Few White, Puffy

My 13 year old daughter has a few white, puffy bumps around her knee. Just one knee, not both. The bumps are not clustered together, just show up randomly mostly around her knee and lower leg. It does not itch. One looks bigger than the rest and almost looks like a pimple. They have been there about a month now. She also has a problem with her palms. Both palms looks like she soaked her hands for hours in water. Once again, no itch. But, it does rub some skin off. I'm not sure if these tow issues are related. No change in soaps or routines, etc.
