My 28 Year Old Daughter Was Taken To The ER

My 28 year old daughter was taken to the ER by her husband last nite with extreme stomach pain. She has had intermitant vomiting for the last 1-2 weeks, with most of it being a yellowish color, presumably bile. She had an over production of stomach acid as a child and took omeprazole but has not been bothered with it for awhile. She does have diarrhea also but not constantly. The ER did bloodwork and a abdominal CT scan but did not find anything and sent her home with pain meds and something for nausea. The pain was back this morning before she had pain meds. She feels like she is dying when the pain is at its peak but then it lessens. They told her to call her dr. on Monday. Her stools are dark and tarry but she has been taking pepto bismal and omeprazole. Could this be an ulcer?
