My 4 Y.o. Daughter Is Taking Amoxicillin For An Ear

My 4 y.o. daughter is taking amoxicillin for an ear infection. Today is the 8th day of a 10 day course She woke up this morning with a rash that was small red dots on her trunk. She says it does not itch. I spoke to her pediatrician's nurse this morning and we agreed that we thought it may be amoxicillin rash rather than a true allergic reaction. I do have epi pens due to her brother's food allergies and am familiar with anaphylaxis. However, the nurse said continue the medication for the remaining days, but the rash has now spread over her entire body. The MD office is now closed so I was researching amoxicillin rash. My main concern is whether or not this is a true allergic reaction so that I know whether or not she can have this medication in the future as well as whether or not to continue now. She continues to state that it does not itch although it is slightly raised. She has no other swelling, nausea, or other symptoms.
