My 6 month old son is recovering from a cough and a stomach bug. He has what looks like scratches on one leg. His leg is covered with a full outfit each day so it isn't happening from his leg being exposed. Tonight it started to look more like a little rash. Should I be concerned? He doesn't have a fever and is acting normal. At times, he is still coughing and when awake, has grunted a little (he might be a little constipated). Please advise!
