My 7 Yr Old Son Came Down With A Fever

My 7 yr old son came down with a fever of 102.4 F overnight. He is very lethargic, severe headache, chills, hot then cold, minor cough, and sleeping constantly. Should I just monitor him for the night or go ahead and have him seen for a possible Influenza condition?
