My 70 Year Old Husband Has Congestive Heart And AFib.

My 70 year old husband has congestive heart and AFib. He takes 60 mg of diltiazem 4 times a day. He has bad dreams, people breaking in our house, me having a man in the house with me and that he travels from the house at night. He gets confused who I am sometimes during the day. He's asked me how many kids I have. He had melanoma surgery in december, it got mersa. He didn't eat because he took such strong antibiotics and got a yeast infection in his mouth and on through his body. He was put in rehab for 28 days because he couldn't get up or walk by himself; but he had been that way for years. They had gotten it approved for him to stay another 31 days and I took him out. He had started hallucinating while he was in the nursing home/rehab. He lost 50 lbs by April. In July he had gained back 30 lbs. Do you think these are side effects of the diltiazem?
