My 71 Year Old Husband Had An Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

My 71 year old husband had an abdominal aortic aneurysm with renal artery and SMA involvement which was treated by insertion of a fenestrated stent. Now, 6 months later, he has an aneurysm immediately above the stent and is once again scheduled for surgery. We are looking for ways to decrease the odds of another aneurysm. Controlling blood pressure will help, of course. Could the tight belt with a large buckle which he wears every day contribute to high blood pressure or increase the likelihood of an aneurysm?
