My 80 Year Old Husband Is A Long Term (17)

My 80 year old husband is a long term (17) heart patient, 2 open heart surgeries, replacement of both aortic & mitral valves, implanted ICD, Currently his blood pressure is running 79/46. He is supposed to restrict both salt and water because of his kidneys/liver. How can we raise his pressure? He has 0 energy.
