My CT Scan States" There Is Minor Anterior Endplate Spurring

My CT scan states" There is minor anterior endplate spurring atL2, L3 and L4 with preservation of disc height. Minor degenerative spurring noted anteriorly within the visualized portion of the SI joint. At L2 there is a diffuse disc bulge which flattens the ventral surface of the thecal sac, however does not result in any significant spinal canal stenosis. Sme diffuse disc bulges at L3 and L4. There is mild narrowing of the right neural foramen. What does this mean?
