what does it means when the CT Scan of the Abdomen and Pelvis results state"hypodensity is noted within the anterior aspect of the urinary bladder averaging from adjacent loops of small bowel or maybe cystic or solid abnormality of the urinary bladder or possibly from the anteflexed uterus." Thanks

The CT report mentions the appearance of an area in the front of bladder which can be a normal appearance due to the presence of intestines or a problem concerned with the urinary bladder or the uterus itself in that position. I suggest you to consult your doctor and discuss in detail regarding the presence of any abnormality in front of the bladder as the other two possibilities are normal structures.
