My MRI Report Reads - Lateral Meniscal Tear Involving Anterior

My MRI report reads - Lateral meniscal tear involving anterior horn body and posterior horn. Contacting the nonarticular margin of the anterior horn and body, a multiloculated cyst is present, potentially a 1.9 mescal cyst.

Is this something I can try and treat conservatively with a cortisone injection first?
