My TSH Is 38.65 And My T4 Is .32. I

My TSH is 38.65 and my T4 is .32. I was on 200mcg every other day. I have been changed to doing the same dosage every day. How is this effecting my body...ie..gaining weight , fatigue, depression, eye site etc? My doctor's and nutritionist seem alarmed...but, I received very little information other than the request to change my dosage to everyday and to repeat the test in late January. I have had a thyroid problem for the past 18 years and we can never seem to get my levels right...is it time to see an endocrinologist?
