My TSH Value Was 0.201 With Reference Range 0.465-4.680....the Nurse

My TSH value was 0.201 with reference range 0.465-4.680....the nurse has me so confused. When I asked her if it was high or low, she seems confused. Is the thyroid high or low. I was thinking it is opposite of the value. If the level is low..you are hyper. If the level is high...you are hypo. What's the correct interpretation? Thanks!
