My Thyroid Doctor Says My Known Underactive Thyroid Is Fine

My Thyroid Doctor says my known underactive thyroid is fine due to my TSH test. In fact it shows it as showing a bit high so she changed my prescription from 137 to 88 6 mths ago. My retired Doctor always had me on 137 and I was fine. Now I experiencing constipation and all the signs of underactive thyroid again, although she feels it is still high my TSH3 was .025 Total thyroid T4 was 88. I really do not feel myself and feel I am going back the other way again the way I was 13 years ago. I also have had a hard time with maintaining my weight as well. I really do not feel at all that I am overactive how can she say the test shows such a thing when I have all the systems of a underactive thyroid
