My ankles are badly swollen and very red with fever. Right ankle is much worse than left. I also have a spot on the front right side of my calf that looks like a large bite and is very red and sore to the touch. I have started to get some spots on the palm of my hands and bottom of my right foot. The swelling started a week ago. The others started more recently and getting worse today. I went to the doctor and he gave me a duiretic and said it was edima. I don't know if I should be more concerned.
