My Baby Seems To Have A Sore Throat. How To Cure This?

Hi doctor, my baby seems to have a sore throat because of the harsh sound whenever he tries talking.... He's 11 month old and I know he got it from me because I had the same symptoms before and I keep nursing him still. Are there remedies to treat my baby's illness? Thank you
