My Best Friend Suffered A Brain Stem Stroke I'm Sure

My best friend suffered a brain stem stroke I'm sure she got to the hospital or got attention within an hour of the stroke. She had an MRI and they performed surgery to remove the clot and now she is in a body induced coma and has been for 7 days and showing now movement of any sort. She is 50 years old and a smoker and about 5'7" in height and weighing about 170 lbs. She is breathing on her own with no assistance. I know and understand that you cant give any degree of time to wake up from the coma but I asking for a round about window of time like 2-4 weeks but would like a doctors opinion
