My Blood Pressure Is 178 Over 92 And My Left

My blood pressure is 178 over 92 and my left eye continues to want to cross inward. There are contributing factors to the increased pressure but what is wrong with my eye. Everytime i stand up my vision gets a static like obscurity and my head start throbbing. Plz help.
