My body temperature is below 98.6. Right now one half degree low, and I feel sweaty. Drinking hot tea does not bring temperature to normal. Sometimes it goes one degree below. I have had this before and never received an answer from my doctor. Could it be thyroid? or something else?. Last month I came down with a virus couple days later when the same thing happened. I am on a 0.05 mg dose levothyroxin. I am a senior lady.
