My boyfriend is here visiting and he has been sleeping for 15 - 20 hours a day. He might get up for a bowl of cereal or a brief something to eat. I believe he used drugs and is withdrawing since he has a history, but of course he says he has not. He is in poor health, does not eat well and has Hep C. I know what the answer is but just wanted to confirm or see if it could be something else.
