My Boyfriend Was Hit In The Face And Broke His

My boyfriend was hit in the face and broke his nose on New Year's Eve. He suffered a nose bleed and went to a&e. They checked his nose and said it was clear but he is now experiencing nose bleeds every week/2 weeks, they are normally quite minor. Today I noticed that just under his eye has been twitching. Is it something to worry about?
