My Cat Seems To Be Blind. He Started With A

My cat seems to be blind. He started with a condition in which he didn't want to open his left eye, acting lethargic, and having a loss of appetite. The vet noticed a tear in his third eyelid. The vet gave him an antibiotic injection and provided ointment to put in his eye twice daily for a week. My cat seemed to feel better and ate better, but his third eyelid now covered almost the whole eye. Thinking that the torn area of the eyelid was irritating the cat, the vet trimmed a portion of the eyelid and provided eyedrops for one week. There has been no improvement to the eye and now the pupil in the other eye is completely dilated and he doesn't appear to be able to see. Also, he has started drooling quite a bit. He does still have a good appetite, however. Does any of this sound familiar?
