My dad had smoked cigarettes for as long as I can remember. For the past few months his face has swelled and unswelled a few times. For the past couple weeks he has been complaining about a hole under his tongue and says stuff comes out. Before he had said hard stuff like small rocks or pieces of bone coming out. Now he says stuff like mashed potatoes are coming out. Can anyone give me possible things that might be going on with him?
