My Daughter Banged Her Head 3 Times In A Row

My daughter banged her head 3 times in a row falling of a sofa. Twice to the front and once to the back.
We took her to A&E but due to the 4 hour wait decided to leave after seeing the nurse. The next day she went to the GP who looked over her and told us to return if her symptoms worsened over time.

She is complaining of headaches, blurred vision, dizziness and nausea. She is 8 years and the incident took place 7 days ago. I'm thinking of returning to the GP in a few days. Is this advised?
