My Daughter Had An Episode Resently That Began With Palpitations,

My daughter had an episode resently that began with palpitations, followed by upper mid back pain, nausea, vomiting and vision loss as if she where going to pass out. Her hands also "locked up". She does have a history of anxiety and is never hydrated enough. Could this have been a panic attack? I'm more concerned with possible heart attack.
