My Daughter Has Been Having Problems With Wisdom Teeth Coming

My daughter has been having problems with wisdom teeth coming in sideways. She was trouching a molar in the back of her mouth and kind of bit down - her jaw is now extremely swollen up behind her ear and on the mandibular joint - she can bite down and open her mouth so it does not seem like it has dislocated - i am thinking an infection has set up over the past two hours. the swelling is about half the size of a tennis ball and runs up behind her ear towards mastoid area and we are broke and she is 28 w/ no insurance
