My Daughter Has Had A Bladder Infection For 3 Weeks

My daughter has had a bladder infection for 3 weeks on and off. She went to the Dr on friday,and has only had one dose of antibiotics. She is in alot of pain this evening from her right pelvic area around to the kidneys. Should I take her to the go spiral or is this normal
