My Daughter Is Suffering From Fever, Cough And Cold With Nausea

hi sir, my 7 year old daughter is suffering from fever cough and cold with nausea from 12th . She has been on crocin and cough syrup. Yesterday night she was kept on antibiotic i,e amoxycillin and potassium clavulanate .But her temperature is 102.5 like that. Even after giving crocin her temperature after one hour is 101 like that what to do.

Sorry to hear about the fever of your child. It is true that she may need antibiotics to treat her infection but, she needs a drug that can maintain the temperature within normal limits while the antibiotics control the infection. Adding Tylenol to this treatment plan would be able to achieve this goal, making her to feel more comfortable and unlikely to get dehydrated and convulse from this high temperatures.
