My Daughter Took Physical Examination For Enrollment. She Is 16

My daughter took Physical Examination for enrollment. She is 16 years old. Her x ray says:
RADIOGRAPHIC REPORT
Ill defined densities are seen in the right upper lung.
Aorta is not dilated.
Tenting noted in the left hemidiaphragm.
Right hemidiaphragm and both sulci are intact.
Bony thorax and visualized soft tissue are unremarkable.
IMPRESSION:
PTB, right
Pleurodiaphragmatic adhesion, left

She has colds but no fever 1week before the xray.
Does she need to take 6months medication right away or do we need blood test or skin test first before medications...
