My Father Has A Lot Of Cough (liquid) In Chest

My father has a lot of cough (liquid) in chest which was shown in X-ray. Doctor said that he might hav Tuberculosis. He's not coughing much, jave weakness, lost weight and also oxygen level is 90-92. He had carcinoma cancer (throat) 6 years ago and it was cured with radiation. Any help regarding would it be TB or something else? [#Urgent]
