My Father Has Advanced Parkinson's Disease, And Will Be Returning

My father has advanced Parkinson's Disease, and will be returning to my home after a very long stay at a nursing home. He has a Pacemaker, and takes coumadin. His nurse called to day to say that his levels are high, and asked if we should take him off the coumadin, since he is entering Hospice (he has continually repeated that he does want to live any longer, and has lost use of both legs and only has partial use of one hand). He is incontinent, requires a hoyer, and is humiliated (he was once a Police Officer, famous local athlete, Recreation Director, etc.) At age 90, all his friends have passed. My 86 year old mother asked me to investigate. God bless you.
