My Father Just Had Ablation Performed About Two Months Ago....

My father just had Ablation performed about two months ago.... he is on Eloquis, Plavix and Motoprolol.... His blood pressure seems to be steadily going lower and his systolic readings have lately been regularly under 100. Are the meds causing this.... or is the heart just not working as hard because of the blood thinner?
