My Fiance Was Electrocuted By A Refrigerator (which We Later

My fiance was electrocuted by a refrigerator (which we later found out was plugged into an old 220 volt outlet with no safety mechanism built in). When measured later we found that the fridge had between 175 and 180 volts running through the handle where he touched it. It was enough current to melt the inside of his cell phone. He didn't have visible burns but the ER gave him an IV and performed some tests and said he did have muscle damage and that he needed to keep an eye out for symptoms of kidney damage as well as seizures (also he's had 9 previous brain injuries and already experienced minor seizures prior tho this electrical injury). We are now 2 days after the incident and he still has pain weakness, dizziness, muscle spasms, a "weird feeling" in his head and he was up all last night throwing up. Should he go back to the doctor?
