My five year had a heart test done and this is his results kindly explain to me in layman terms thank you. Aortic Valve: Aortic valve is tricuspud with no significant regurgitation or stenosis. Mitral Valve: Mitral valve is structurally normal with trace regurgitation. Pulmonary Valve: Pulmonary valve appears normal. No evidence of stenosis. No regurgitation visualized. Tricuspid Valve: Tricuspid valve leaflets are morphologically normal. No evidence of tricuspid regurgitation. Right Atrium: Right artial cavity size is normal. Left Atrium: Normal size left atrium. Right Ventricle: Right ventricular cavity size is normalm. Global systolic function is normal. Left Ventricle: Normal left ventricular cavity size. Normal wall thickness. Normal global systolic function. Aorta: Normal aortic root size. Pericardium: Appears Normal. No pericardial effusion visualized. Pulmonary Artery: Pulmonary artery systolic pressure is not attainable. Venous: The inferior vena cava is not dilated and shows more than 50% respiratory variation. Other: no pleural effusion present. Conclusions: situs solitus with normal AV- Va Concordance. Normal LV and RV chamber size and function. No hemodynamically significant valvular abnormalities. No shunts visualized.
