My Forehead Feels Tight, Kindly Help Me
Last night at around 5:00 am i was on my computer and i felt a whoosh feeling in my forehead, then i got scared and tried to go to sleep, but couldn't. I then took 2 Advil Pm's and fell right to sleep. Tonight i have tightness in my forehead just over my eyes, but nowhere else. My family has no history of any cancer , fatal familial insomnia , or any other major hereditary diseases.

your headache seems most probably due to over strain of work over computer.
take rest in between while working on computer & take mild analgesic like paracetamol under medical supervision.
if the headache persists ,then you should undergo investigation,make proper diagnosis & take treatment.
