My Grandmother Is 88 Years Old. She Had A Heart

My grandmother is 88 years old. She had a heart attach in December 2014. Her doctors to not want to operate on her due to her age and tissue paper skin. No one feels like she would make it through a surgery at this age. I was advised that her heart is functioning at about 25%. She has small blockages throughout her arteries. Most of the time she is cold. This may to a lack of blood flow through out the body. Her feet turn very dark and expresses that they are very cold. She is experiencing dizziness most of the time as well. After the heart attach, she went through a couple of AFIB treatments as well. I believe these weaken the heart as well. Any idea on a time frame I can expect with this prognosis?
