My Grandmother Was Recently Put On Eliquis For A Possible

My grandmother was recently put on Eliquis for a possible TIA. I have advised her not to take this with aspirin due to the bleeding risk. I don't want her to accidently take the aspirin instead of Tylenol. It may make sense to just replace the aspirin in her home with Tylenol. However, is there ever a case when it may be advisable for her to take aspirin with Eliquis? In this case, I would want her to have some on hand. We want to have the safest situation possible. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
