My grandson just woke up from his nap and I noticed that he was warm but he fell back asleep so he fell back asleep on the couch next to me. As he was sleeping, I took a picture of him and noticed his eyes were opening and closing and when his eyes were closed, you could see his eyes were moving all over the place. So when he woke up, I felt his forhead- warm, his hands were super warm so took his temp.. its 103. I took it twice to make sure due to haven't used that thermeter for a long time. I gave him some clear liquids right now to keep him hydrated.
