My House Recently Had Some New Tenants Move In......BED BUGS!!

My house recently had some new tenants move in......BED BUGS!! I have actually only seen a few bugs but I have definately seen a few different species of "strange somethings" creeping around. Since this nightmare has begun, I have had 3 different occassions (all in the same day), where something bit me, I quess. It felt like a sting, very aggressive sting. Appearance wise, it looks like a worm is under my skin. I can actually see it moving around. Now, at least once daily, this strange, scarey thing happens to me. It starts with an overwhelming amount of electric energy (best way for me to describe it), in the room with me. So much that at times I can feel it pulling me, my head will start to feel pressure, my clothes with start moving but at the same time, become stiff in places. I get chills down my arms, all the way to my feet. This continues anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes. Then my hair starts to uncontrollably move in the back. It feels like static, ALOT OF STATIC. I hear crackling noises in my hair. Pieces of my hair turn real dark. My hair, at the scalp, lifts and tangles and moves around. The whole time, I'm trying to stop it from moving, trying to get my clothes off because it feels like somethings inside them and trying to stay calm. In fact, as I sit here and ask this question, it's starting to do it. I thought maybe something nested in my hair when we got the bed bugs. I've had several people look at my hair and they see nothing. I see alot going on up there but at this point I don't know if my mind is playing tricks on me or not. I quess my question is what can I do to get this out of my hair and should I take antibiotics as a precautionary measure? I know bed bugs dont spread disease and other than being a nightmare, they are harmless. But in my opinion, an infestation of anything can not be good for your health
